False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are offered at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a three-year period.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites

These courses begin at NCV level two and also the minimum amount prerequisite would then be Grade 9 certificate with a pass in Arithmetic.

After the student finishes NCVLevel two, they would then have attained a grade ten certification. NCV Level 3 would be grade eleven and NCV Level four is grade 12.

NCV Level four is at the exit level, currently being equivalent to a Nationwide Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade nine is on NQF level 1. Our NCV programmes start NCV stage two that's equivalent to an NQF level two.

On which type of students are fitted to these programmes, they say that the world is acknowledging that conventional education is not really necessarily the sole strategy for getting to be an artisan or getting certified so if a student knows from an early age what their interests are, the NCV programme is in fact completely fitted NCV engineering to that student.
